Better Healthcare Services was founded by Kano Ahmed with the goal of providing reliable and respectful disability support across Melbourne.
Through experience supporting people living with disability, Kano recognised the importance of consistent support workers who genuinely care about the people they support.

We’re proud to offer services in line with NDIS pricing arrangements, ensuring transparency and flexibility. And while we follow the maximum price caps, we give you the option to negotiate, so you may even secure services at a lower rate.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a new way to provide funding and supports to people with permanent and significant disabilities across Australia.
The NDIS provides lifetime supports to individuals who meet the eligibility to criteria. The supports are based on a plan that includes your support needs, goals and aspirations.
We work with you to create a plan to suit your own goals and hopes.
If you’re under 65 and have a permanent disability that stops you from doing everyday things independently, you are most likely eligible for the NDIS. It’s a good idea to read the NDIS Access Checklist to see if you might be eligible.

Yes. We want to make sure the people supporting you are the perfect match for you. Which is why we match our direct support professionals with you based on similar interests. We want you to build genuine and real connections with the people that support you. For individual support packages, we even invite the client to be a part of the interview process.
